This is Our Story: On April 23, 2008 a young man, boarded a plane for Recruit Training Command (RTC) Great Lakes, Illinois to become a United States Sailor. This young man was our son.
When Evan "pictured on the main page on the left with his arm crossed" left for boot camp we had a lot of unanswered questions about what life would be like for him in the Navy. As parents, we began to research what would be in our son's future. After endless hours on my computer we found a website that answered most of our questions, NavyForMoms.com. Inspired by N4M's, I started a similar site for us dads, NavyDads.com.
I designed, built, and launched NavyDads.com June 18, 2008, two days before our son's Navy graduation. Navy Dads is a social network for Navy families, friends, and supporters with Sailors serving in the United States Navy. Navy Dads mission is to provide support, encouragement, and knowledge to Sailors and family members throughout their journey together in the United States Navy.
Once Navy Dads popularity grew and member numbers increased, the demand for logo shirts became a popular topic. I designed a couple of images and offered them on an online store at no cost to me. What I found was that the quality of work being sent out was not up to my standards, especially with my name and site's name attached to the quality of their products. The only guarantee that Navy Dads could offer quality logo merchandise was to start a company that could.
So my wife and I started our very own family business Navy Dads LLC,. Once formed we contracted one of the top graphic design company's in the South. Studio Chane produces the graphic designs on all Navy Dads logo merchandise along with all of our Navy themed designs . I assure the quality of our designs and products we sell, will be of the finest quality available on the market.
NavyOutfitters.com mission will be to design, produce, and sell quality apparell and gifts for Navy family members, supporters and Sailors. Our goal is to provide the finest quality at afforadable prices. Built by Navy parents, with Navy parents and Sailors in mind, we hope you are satisfied with the quality of our work and the merchandise you receive.
